Search the title and/or author of a book in the online catalog.  Both print and e-books, if available,  will be listed.  To check if there is access to full text articles search the journal title (not article title) in the online catalog.  A link to the online version of the journal is presented if it is available online. Then if the item you are looking for is not available submit an interlibrary loan request

Also, try searching for the item using Google Scholar. If you still cannot find your item, you may request an item through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). You will need to setup an interlibrary loan account and request the item through the interlibrary loan department. You can find out more information about interlibrary loan/document delivery on our webpages.

Additionally, If you cannot find a book or article, you may always call 214-689-6580 and ask for assistance or ask library staff at the Circulation Desk. We are here to help you!
